Natural beauty: 12 tips for beautiful hair
To have beautiful, healthy
and attractive hair all year round, discover
12 essential beauty tips that are easy to carry out.
1st tip: Because your hair is constantly attacked by
different sources of heat (hair dryer, curling irons, straighteners, sun ...),
a hair protective oil is essential to protect it whatever the hair type. It is
therefore important to apply a small drop of oil on the length and tip of the
hair before any contact with heat. A small amount of oil is enough because if
you put too much, you will grease your hair.
2nd tip: The hair is constantly mistreated and
weakened between coloring, discoloration, pollution, heat, too frequent
shampoos and repetitive brush strokes. To rehydrate and promote their growth,
castor oil is ideal!
Tips and tricks:
- Coat the hair with castor oil, insisting on the tips.
Massage the hair then wrap it in a warm towel. Keep if possible overnight and
then shampoo.
- Make your own repair mask using a mixture of two
tablespoons of castor oil and two tablespoons of Aloe vera gel.
3rd tip: White wine vinegar has its place not only in
your kitchen ... but also in your bathroom! Indeed, there is nothing better
than natural wine vinegar to restore your hair shine, softness and shine .
Note: White wine vinegar fixes and retains the natural or
artificial color of the hair and promotes the tightening of its scales to give
it more shine. Vinegar ensures the health of the hair by restoring its pH and
thus balancing the scalp by soothing itchiness and irritation. Also
anti-dandruff, the vinegar eliminates the capitons in a short time.
Tip: Mix 1 liter of cold water and 3 to 4 spoons of white
vinegar. After your shampoo, pour the mixture on your clean and towel-dried
hair and do not rinse especially (the smell of vinegar will dissipate when
drying). Wrap your hair in a towel to avoid split ends. The result on drying:
the hair gains in shine and strength, and the color is accentuated.
4th tip: It is often said that to have pretty hair,
you need to brush 100 times a day. However, repeated brush strokes can attack
your hair, weaken it, and promote the secretion of the sebaceous glands which
are at the origin of excess sebum which causes the oily hair effect. The
solution? The boar bristle brush. This has the particularity of caring for the
scalp by eliminating toxins with each pass and brings shine and natural volume
to your hair.
5th advice: To fight against electric hair, apply a
few drops of water to your hair then spray lightly with hairspray. You should
last several hours without being victim of static electricity.
6th tip: Don't wash your hair every day! Space your
shampoos by three days would be ideal. Each shampoo in effect attacks your
scalp and accentuates the secretion of sebum. This is why the more you wash
your hair the faster it will grease. This will create the "oily hair"
effect. They must therefore be accustomed to being washed less frequently. If they
tend to grease quickly, from the second day for example, apply organic talc or
organic dry shampoo at the root. These products have the virtues of absorbing
excess sebum.
7th advice: Apply only one coat of shampoo per wash, even if
you have the impression of having very dirty hair. It is better to apply a very
large layer of shampoo than to superimpose several. Rub and massage your scalp
with your fingertips instantly on strategic areas: behind the ears and above
the neck.
Note: The first layer of shampoo cleans your hair and
removes dirt and pollution. However, a second layer of shampoo on a scalp that
has just been cleaned, will weaken it by attacking it.
8th tip: Have a healthy lifestyle! Eat a balanced
diet, respect your sleep rhythm! And yes, your hair reacts and regenerates at
the rate of your body. It is therefore important to be in shape to have healthy hair .
Tip 9: Massage your scalp! To regenerate and grow faster,
your hair reacts like plants. That is to say that everything happens at the
root. The length is damaged when it is confronted with too strong a source of
heat. However the bulb of your hair needs heat to grow and your massage will
provide it. You can thus apply a hair oil, and in particular castor oil, to
massage the bulb of your hair which will activate the growth of the hair. Then
rinse the scalp well with lukewarm water.
10th tip: Masks and conditioner are essential! Don't
let your hair settle for a simple shampoo when you wash it.
To know: Behind these two names hides a very distinct
nuance. A conditioner as the name suggests applies after the shampoo. It helps
to untangle the hair and nourish it. It should be left to stand in the shower
for one to three minutes. It should be applied every time the hair is washed. A
mask allows to nourish the hair and scalp in depth. It can be applied once a
week, this is enough depending on the type of hair. The mask can be applied to
clean, damp hair and must allow it to sit between thirty minutes to one hour.
These two products must be applied lengthwise, insisting on
the tips. When you go to comb your hair the product will spread over the whole
of the hair. They should be rinsed until no residue remains. Otherwise, the
hair will grease very quickly. To be sure there is no product left, take a strand
of hair with your fingers and if you feel that the hair is "creaking"
then you can be sure that nothing is left.
Tip: the conditioner will allow you to disentangle your hair
gently, so you will not need to force to untangle it which can weaken it. The
conditioner is applied to clean, damp hair. Let sit one to three minutes then
rinse, it will also allow you to nourish your hair.
If you have dry hair, I advise you to make a mask
after each shampoo at least once a week. It is important for this type of hair
to hydrate the tips and lengths. Leave the mask on for at least 30 minutes then
rinse the top of the head with lukewarm water. Finish with cold water for more
shine.
If you have oily hair, prefer the detanglers, which
you can distribute on the ends of your hair. Do not apply the product on the
scalp as this will promote the secretion of sebum.
11th tip: To improve the structure of your hair and
promote its growth, opt for an organic brewer's yeast treatment!
To know: For there to be a result, a cure of at least 3
months must be taken 3 times a day.
12th tip: To avoid chemicals that are potentially
harmful to your hair and your health as much as possible, use organic skincare
products!
